Unwinding Tray: Composed of a base frame, two frequency-conversion motor-driven unwinding trays, a sliding gantry, and a wire-drawn sensor. The unwinding tray’s frequency converter is housed in the main electrical control cabinet. Forward/reverse rotation is set via the host’s operation interface, while motor speed is controlled by the sliding gantry’s wire-drawn sensor. No manual adjustment of the inverter speed is required.
Pre-feeding Machine: Consists of a feeding host and a sensor gantry (equipped with induction photocells for detecting oil pipes). The feeding host includes a frame, frequency converter, motor, and clamping rubber rollers. The rubber rollers can be vertically adjusted to accommodate pipes of varying diameters. The variable frequency speed regulator allows speed adjustments to match the cutting speed of the main unit. Emergency stop and manual feeding switches are provided.
Cutting Host: Includes a cutting servo motor-driven blade, a feeding servo motor, feeding mechanism, marking mechanism, human-machine interface (HMI), pipe mold, and frame. The blade servo motor features emergency stop and power switches. Single-cut mode allows 100 parameter presets, while multi-segment cutting supports 16 parameter groups. Operations are managed via a touchscreen interface with a computerized control system. In multi-segment mode, individual cutting parameters cannot be modified. Feeding dimensions are set by servo motor parameters, and marking dimensions are programmed. Single or continuous cutting is available after parameter configuration.
Receiving Rack: Comprises a receiving platform, flip frame, flip motor, sensors, and material chute. Powered by the cutting host, the flip motor includes built-in braking and requires no additional calibration.
Safety Protections: The equipment integrates overvoltage, phase-loss, undervoltage, and grounding protections to safeguard both the device and operators during grid abnormalities.
