This is an automatic two-wire combination crimping and heat shrink tube insertion machine that integrates wire cutting, stripping, heat shrink tube inserting, terminal crimping, heating and shrinking and other functions. Built-in 2 sets of wire entry mechanisms, 3 crimping stations and 2 heat shrink tube insertion stations. It supports processing two wires of different diameters at the same time, and can insert two heat shrink tubes of different inner diameters respectively. Up to 3 ends of the heat shrinkable tube can be inserted, that is, one end of the combined crimping joint and the other two ends are inserted into the heat shrinkable tube.

Adopting the concept of modular and flexible design, one machine can process a variety of different products. When replacing terminals, you only need to replace the corresponding crimping applicator. The color touch screen operation interface makes parameter settings intuitive and easy to understand. The program memory function can save the processing parameters of different products into the database. When switching products, the corresponding processing parameters can be recalled with one click. Each functional module can be freely turned on or off in the program. For example, you can turn off the heat shrink tube insertion function, crimping function, etc.
