Equipped with pressure management device and optional CCD image detection;

The equipment adopts modular design and assembly line layout, which is simple to operate and maintain, and can be expanded and upgraded in the future;

Optional heat shrink wire tube automatic management and positioning heat shrink molding module; optional automatic soldering module;

Equipped with two sets of single-tube coding machines, which can be adapted to PVC wire number tubes and heat shrink tubes at the same time, automatically feeding, printing, cutting, and inserting tubes, and are also equipped with a wire number tube heating device;

Equipped with multiple sets of crimping units, all terminals can be online at the same time. All terminal crimping adopts mold-free crimping and uses a servo crimping machine. All crimping parameters are automatically switched and the crimping quality is monitored in real time. It adopts a three-axis mechanical arm + circular vibration automatic feeding terminal (no direct vibration), and circular vibration glue spraying treatment to avoid damage to the terminal coating;

The supporting data conversion software is seamlessly connected to the production work orders generated by third-party automatic wiring software. Work orders can be dispatched remotely through the internal network and automatically and quickly converted into production instructions;

The MES interface is reserved to capture equipment operation and production data in real time (such as total production volume, operating efficiency, defective rate, material usage, downtime, etc.).
