Four-wire Three-terminal Combination Crimping Machine

Fully automatically completes the single-end combination crimping of two large and small wires and the insertion of heat-shrinkable wire tubes. The single-end combination of the two wires is crimped and inserted into the heat-shrinkable wire number tube. The optional long heat-shrinkable tube and wire number tube can be inserted into the optional wire.

Equipped with multi-line automatic switching wire feeding machine and multi-disc integrated pay-off rack to meet the requirements of multiple wires being on line at the same time;

Equipped with two sets of single-tube coding machines (thermal transfer printing), which can be used for automatic tube feeding, printing, cutting, and tube insertion of heat shrink tubes and PVC tubes;

Equipped with multiple sets of crimping units to ensure that all terminals are on line at the same time, a servo crimping machine is selected to automatically switch all crimping parameters. And real-time monitoring of the crimping quality; using a three-axis robotic arm + circular vibration automatic feeding terminal (no direct vibration), and circular vibration glue spraying treatment to avoid damage to the terminal coating;

The optional automatic management and positioning heat shrink molding module can automatically manage the wire number to the set position according to the needs, heat shrink positioning, and heat shrink molding to ensure that the characters are visible on the front of the terminal crimping;

The equipment adopts modular design, assembly line layout, simple operation and convenient maintenance;

The supporting data conversion software can remotely dispatch work orders through the internal network and automatically and quickly convert them into production instructions;

The MES interface is reserved to capture equipment operation and production data in real time (such as total production volume, operating efficiency, defective rate, material usage, downtime, etc.).
