This machine is specially designed for crimping bulk terminals. There are 4 terminal crimping machines on the platform (2 sets of wire head and 2 ends of wire). Each crimping machine is equipped with a vibrating plate feeding system, and the program can freely choose which crimping machine to use to make the terminal. Both the wire head and the wire tail support crimping two different terminals, and the switch terminal only needs to be set in the program, saving debugging time. This machine also has the functions of laser marking of heat shrinkable tubes and automatic insertion of heat shrinkable tubes. The coiled heat shrinkable tubes can be cut to a fixed length. Each thread head and thread end is equipped with a laser marking machine. It can automatically mark on the heat-shrinkable tube, and insert the heat-shrinkable tube into the wire after cutting and stripping the wire. After the terminal crimping is completed, the heat-shrinkable tube is automatically pushed onto the terminal, and the heat-shrinkable tube is heated and shrunk in place by the automatic heating device.
The wire cutting and stripping and translation mechanisms are driven by high-precision servo motors, and the cutter adopts a positive and negative screw structure, with high stripping precision. The terminal crimping machine is integrally formed of ductile iron. The whole machine has strong rigidity and stable crimping height. It can be equipped with a terminal pressure monitor to monitor the pressure curve changes of each crimping process in real time. When the pressure is abnormal, it can automatically alarm and stop. In addition, a visual inspection system can also be selected to inspect the appearance and size after crimping to ensure product quality. The standard terminal crimping machine is driven by a variable frequency motor, and a servo terminal crimping machine can also be selected.
Color touch screen operation interface, parameter setting is intuitive and easy to understand, the program memory function can save the processing parameters of different products in the database, when switching products, you can call out the corresponding processing parameters with one key, saving debugging time. In addition, it can also be equipped with a computer industrial control system that supports MES connection, with a built-in network interface, which can be connected to the MES system through a local area network, to realize remote reading or setting of parameters, remote production tasks and other functions.
