This is a heavy-duty steel wire rope cutting and melting machine, which is suitable for cutting various wire ropes with an outer diameter of less than 12mm. It adopts high-precision servo motor feeding, and the design of 3 sets of feeding wheels can prevent the wire rope from slipping during the feeding process, which can ensure the feeding accuracy. The cutting length can be set in the program freely.
The cutting position is instantly melted at high temperature under the action of the copper electrode, so the incision can be automatically heat-sealed after cutting, and the steel wire will not spread out.
The safety cover is optional, when the safety door is opened, it will automatically alarm and stop.
