Each functional module can be turned on or off freely in the program. For example, after turning off the function of inserting housing, it can be used as an ordinary single-end twisting and tinning terminal machine. This machine is also equipped with CCD visual detection function, which can detect whether the color sequence of the wire harness is correct. If the operator reverses the front and back of the flat wire, the machine will not start.

The wire cutting and stripping and translation mechanisms are driven by high-precision servo motors, and the cutter adopts a positive and negative screw structure, with high stripping precision. The terminal machine is integrally formed of ductile iron, with strong rigidity and stable crimping height. In addition, a terminal pressure monitor can be selected to monitor the pressure curve change of each crimping process in real time, and it can automatically alarm and stop when the pressure is abnormal.
