Automatic 3-Core Power Cord Production Line

This is a fully automatic 3-core power cord production line.  It is equipped with an automatic cable prefeeder which can feed cable synchronously, and the plug is automatically fed by the vibrating plate. It's able to automatically complete the following actions: cut the cable to specified length, strip the outside jacket of both ends, strip the core wires of cable head, adjust the color order of core wires, insert into plug and crimp.

This machine needs to be customized according to the samples. Usually, one machine is only suitable for producing one fixed product, But it is also possible to customize a machine that can support 2 different plugs without changing any accessories. The machine can be equipped with 2 sets of crimping machines and vibrating plate feeding system, the operator can choose the crimping station in the program freely, so it can be compatible with 2 different products in one machine.

This machine can also be used as a semi-automatic machine, such as turning off the cable cutting function, the operator can manually clips the cable end into the fixture. This is usually used for long wire processing. When the wire is very long, automatic cutting will greatly reduce the work efficiency, because feeding the wire to a very long length will waste a lot of time. At this time, it is more efficient to use put the cable end into the fixture manually.
