This is an automatic heat shrinkable tube heat shrinking machine, which is widely used in the wire harness processing industry. Both of the upper and lower sides of the heating area are equiped with infrared heating tubes, so the heat shrinkable tube is heated evenly. The temperature of the heating zone can be adjusted, and the rugged design allows it to work 24 hours a day!
This machine adopts the method of local heating, it can only heat the part of the wire containing the heat shrinkable tube, and the other parts will not be heated, which is beneficial to protect your product, especially for the occasion where the product itself is not suitable for heating.
The heat shrink tube processing machine is equipped with a conveyor belt, the operator only needs to throw the wires on the conveyor belt, then the wire can be sent to the heating area for heating, it helps to keep the operator away from the risk of scalding. When the product is relatively long, an optional auxiliary feeder can also be selected.
It is suitable for heating various types of heat-shrinkable tubes, such as: PE heat-shrinkable tubes, PVC heat-shrinkable tubes, double-walled heat-shrinkable tubes with glue, POF heat-shrinkable films, etc.
