Heat Shrink Tube Processing Equipment

This machine is specially designed for the occasion where the heat shrinkable tube is located in the middle of the wire. It is also suitable for processing double-wall heat shrinkable tubes filled with glue in the middle.

It has a built-in wire conveying crawler, the operator only needs to put the wire into the slot of the crawler, and it can be automatically sent into the heat shrinkable cavity. There are many slots on the crawler, so the operator can keep putting wires into the track, which will greatly improve the work efficiency, about 25pcs wires can be processed in one minute.

The machine adopts advanced thermal infrared radiation technology for heating, the maximum temperature can reach 600℃, and the temperature can be adjusted through the touch screen. The heating speed is fast, it only takes about 150 seconds to heat up from 25℃ to 600℃. Heat shrink tube is heated evenly, after heat shrinking, the cooling effect is good, the wire harness will not stick, and the processing consistency is very good.

It supports 485, network port communication, can be connected with MES system to realize intelligent production. Temperature data is stored for 14 days, and data can be viewed and exported at any time. Parameter setting requires administrator privileges, which can prevent operators from changing parameters by mistake.
