It can process 2 wires at the same time and automatically twist the 2 wires into twists. The waterproof plug is automatically fed through the feeding system. The method of inserting the waterproof plug first and then stripping the wire completely eliminates the possibility of the copper wire tipping over, greatly improving the accuracy and stability of inserting the waterproof plug.

The whole machine has precise workmanship, and the wire feeding, stripping, translation and other mechanisms are all driven by servo motors, and the positioning is precise. The crimping machine is made of ductile iron and has strong rigidity and stable crimping height. It can be equipped with a crimping force monitor to monitor the crimping force curve changes in each crimping process in real time and automatically alarm and shut down when the crimping force is abnormal. In addition, a CCD visual inspection system or laser profiler can be optionally used to detect the insertion position of the waterproof plug and the appearance of the terminal crimping.

Adopting the concept of flexible design, one machine can process a variety of different products. When replacing the waterproof plug, you only need to replace the corresponding track fixture, and product switching can be completed within a few minutes. Each functional module can be freely turned on or off in the program. For example, the stranding function, crimping function, waterproof plug insertion function, etc. It can be turned off independently, supporting multiple uses in one machine.

The program memory function can save the processing parameters of different products into the database. When switching products, the corresponding processing parameters can be called up with one click, saving debugging time. In addition, you can also choose a computer industrial control system that supports MES connection. It has a built-in network interface and can be connected to the MES system through the LAN to realize remote reading or setting of parameters, remote release of production tasks and other functions.
