This series is a fully automatic automatic wire sealing and crimping machine, which integrates the functions of cutting wires, stripping wires, inserting waterproof seal, and crimping terminals. There are 3 sub-models (see technical parameters for details). The waterproof plug is automatically fed through the automatic feeding system. The method of inserting the waterproof plug first and then stripping the wire completely eliminates the possibility of the copper wire turning over, which greatly improves the accuracy and stability of inserting the waterproof plug. Special functions support non-standard customization, such as automatic insertion of number tubes, automatic insertion of insulating sheaths and other functions.
The workmanship of the whole machine is precise, and the wire feeding, stripping, translation and other mechanisms are all driven by servo motors, and the positioning is precise. The crimping machine is integrally formed with nodular cast iron, which has strong rigidity and stable crimping height. It can be equipped with a crimping force monitor to monitor the crimping force curve changes of each crimping process in real time. When the crimping force is abnormal, it will automatically alarm and stop. In addition, a CCD visual inspection system or a laser profiler can be selected to inspect the insertion position of the waterproof plug and the appearance of the terminal crimping.
Adopting the concept of flexible design, one machine can process a variety of different products. When replacing the waterproof plug, you only need to replace the corresponding track fixture, and the product switching can be completed within a few minutes. The program memory function can save the processing parameters of different products in the database. When switching products, the corresponding processing parameters can be called out with one key, saving debugging time. In addition, it can also be equipped with a computer industrial control system that supports MES connection, with a built-in network interface, which can be connected to the MES system through a local area network, to realize remote reading or setting of parameters, remote production tasks and other functions.
