Eight Station Wire Spool Prefeeder

The Eight Station Wire Spool Prefeeder KS-W2258S feeds the wire gently and continuously to the active wire storage, while the intake of the fully automatic wire harness processing machine takes the wire out of the storage in order to further processing, the wire is led under constant tension for trouble-free feeding. It features 8 wire feeding reels which driven by 8 independent motors, each of the 8 reels can work individually, the speed and rotating direction of each motor can be adjusted freely. Both loose wire and reel wire are applicable for this machine. Thanks to this wire prefeeder, it is possible to run the fully automatic wire harness processing machines at a high speed without worrying about the feeding capacity.
