Cable Stripping and Braided Shield Cutting Machine

This is our latest automatic cable stripping and braided shielding processing machine, the operator only needs to put the cable end into the processing position, then it can automatically complete the following actions: stripping the outer insulation, cutting braided shielding, combing shield, turning over shield, and stripping the core wire.

The insulation layer is cut with a rotary knife, the braided shielding adopts advanced cutting technology which does not damage the inside insulation. Before the braid is cut, a metal cylinder is placed under the braid to protect the insulation layer, therefore it can be ensured that there is not any damage to the inner insulation. Due to its excellent performance and precision, it is often used to process high-voltage wiring harnesses for new energy vehicles.
