Rotary Angle Tape Cutting and Hole Punching Machine

This is an automatic rotary angle tape cutting and hole punching machine, it can automatically rotate the angle of the cutting blade in real time, so special shapes such as trapezoid or parallelogram can be cut, and the angle can be set in the program freely.

This machine is equipped with automatic punching function, and the position and number of punching holes can be freely set in the program. The punching mold need to be replaced for different hole diameters, and we can customize the die according to your needs. The punching die can also be replaced with a marker pen, which can realize marking while cutting the tape.

This machine supports both cold knife and hot knife, and the heating function can be turned on or off freely in the program. You can also turn on/off the hole punching function freely.

When you cut tape straightly, the maximum available width of the strap is about 90mm, and when using the blade rotatary function, the maximum available width of the tape is about 60mm. Assuming the angle of rotation is α, then the maximum available width is 90*cos(α).
