Automatic Cable Stripping Machine

This machine is a servo-type fully automatic computer wire stripping machine, which is purely electric and does not need to be connected to gas. The wire feeding wheel and cutter are all driven by servo motors, with high precision, stability and reliability, and strong power. The PLC control system is easy to add functions according to needs, and the color touch screen operation interface is intuitive and easy to understand.

This machine adopts a belt feeding mechanism, the pulley is supported by multiple sets of bearings, and the belt length is large. On the one hand, the stress area of the wire is increased, which is beneficial to protect the surface of the wire from being crushed, and on the other hand, it is also conducive to improving the accuracy of wire feeding and increasing the range of stripping length. The maximum stripping length of the wire head can reach 450mm, and the maximum stripping length of the wire tail can reach 150mm. If the half-stripping method is used, the stripping length can be longer.

The pressure and gap of the wire feeding wheel can be set directly in the program. When adding a variety of wires with different diameters, there is no need for mechanical adjustment, and the parameters can be set directly in the program. When the wire feeding wheel opens and closes, the upper wheel and the lower wheel move synchronously, even if the diameter of the wire is different, the position of the center line remains unchanged. Therefore, it can ensure that the center of the wire feeding wheel, the guide tube and the blade opening are always on a straight line, so as to ensure that the stripping opening is flat and not inclined.
