Core Wire Stripping and Crimping Machine

1.This is a sheath wire core wire stripping and crimping machine, which is specially designed for processing the core wire of multi-core sheathed wires, and is also suitable for processing side-by-side wires that have been pre-separated. It supports up to 20 cores of sheathed wires or 20Pin side-by-side wires. The operator needs to manually put the core wire into the positioning jig, and the machine can automatically complete the core wire trimming, stripping, and crimping the terminal, which greatly improves the production efficiency of multi-core wire terminal.

2.One machine can process a variety of different products, just replace the corresponding crimping applicator and positioning fixture. The crimping applicator adopts a standard OTP clamping applicator, which supports quick applicator replacement. The color touch screen operation interface, the program memory function can save the processing parameters of different products in the database, and the corresponding processing parameters can be called out with one key when switching products. The machine is also equipped with an automatic paper winder, terminal strip cutting and waste suction device, which can keep the working environment clean.
