Three Sides Two Wire Combined Crimping Machine

This is a fully automatic two-wire combined crimping terminal machine. There are 2 sets of independent wire entry mechanisms and 3 crimping stations on the machine.Therefore, it supports the combination of two wires with different wire diameters to crimp three different terminals. After cutting and stripping the wires, one end of the two wires can be combined and crimped into one terminal, and the other two ends of the wires can also be crimped to different terminals. The machine has a built-in rotation mechanism, and the two wires can be rotated 90 degrees after they are combined, so they can be crimped side by side, or stacked up and down.

Adopting the concept of modular flexible design, one machine can easily process many different products, and each functional module can be opened or closed freely in the program. For example, one of the wires can be turned off and used as an ordinary double-head automatic terminal machine. When replacing a terminal, only the corresponding crimping die needs to be replaced. The use of the machine is flexible. After the current product is produced, it will not cause idle waste of the machine, and it can be easily switched to produce other products.

The whole machine adopts the concept of modular flexible design, one machine can easily process many different products, and each functional module can be opened or closed freely in the program. For example, the function of inserting heat shrink tubing can be deactivated. When replacing wires and terminals, it is only necessary to replace the corresponding crimping applicator and the corresponding insertion jig. The use of the machine is flexible. Color touch screen operation interface, parameter setting is intuitive and easy to understand, the program memory function can save the processing parameters of different products in the database, when switching products, you can call out the corresponding processing parameters with one key, saving debugging time. In addition, it can also be equipped with a computer industrial control system that supports MES connection, with a built-in network interface, which can be connected to the MES system through a local area network, to realize remote reading or setting of parameters, remote production tasks and other functions.
