  • Touch start, no need to step on the foot switch, the stripping and crimping actions will be automatically started after the wire head is placed in the optical fiber sensing area.

  • Color touch screen operation interface, all parameters are easy to adjust. Stripping and crimping parameters can be adjusted on the screen, no mechanical adjustment is required, convenient and fast.

  • With program memory storage function, the processing parameters can be stored in different program numbers for easy call.

  • Stripping and crimping are completed at one time, and the wires do not need to be stripped in advance. It is particularly suitable for the stripping and crimping operations of the core wires of sheathed wires.

  • The crimping motor adopts a high-precision servo motor. The crimping stroke is optional for 30mm and 40mm. It supports the use of various standard crimping applicators, including OTP, Molex, JAM, JST, TE, AMP, Yazaki and other applicators. The applicator fixing bayonet can be customized according to the customer's applicator type.

  • This machine can meet various high-end crimping requirements. It can be equipped with an optional crimping monitoring device to monitor the changes in the crimping force curve in real time. When the crimping force is abnormal, it will report and stop the machine.

  • The stripping action is controlled by a motor, the cutting depth of the stripping blade can be adjusted on the screen, the stripping length is accurate, and the crimping positioning is precise.

  • The waste wire sheath is discharged through the pipe by vacuum suction, and the terminal backing paper is automatically recycled into a roll by the paper winder, which can keep the working area clean.

  • It has an open cover alarm function. When the safety cover is opened, the machine will automatically alarm and stop to ensure the safety of personnel operation.

  • It has an air pressure alarm function. When the air pressure is lower than the set value, the machine will pop up an alarm.
