This series of machines is an open welding frame structure heat shrink baking machine, suitable for electronic wire harnesses and new energy wire harness heat shrink tubes, circuit boards, inductor coils, copper bars, hardware accessories and other products (heat shrink baking size range is small , the product size is relatively long), or the product can only be heat-shrunk and baked at one end.
This machine uses far-infrared heating tubes for heating (the new energy wiring harness uses thermal radiation heat shrinkable tubes). There are heating tubes installed on the top, bottom, left and right, which can be heated at the same time. It is also equipped with a high-speed centrifugal fan. When heating, the fan stirs the heat evenly to keep the entire box at a constant temperature. It can make products that need to be heat-shrunk and baked be heated at the same time, maintaining the original characteristics of the product, so that the product will not deform or discolor after heat-shrinking or baking, and the quality will be stable;
Using high-temperature resistant Teflon mesh belt (temperature resistant 0~350℃), the material is fed in the assembly line mode, the baking speed is fast and the efficiency is high;
Welded rack structure pattern. Changing the size requires customization. The model has a compact structure and exquisite design. It also has dual-function options of floor-standing and desktop models. It can also be moved at will to connect to the production line and synchronously control the production line;
4. Intelligent control system, the heating temperature and speed can be adjusted at will, which can adapt to the temperature and heat shrinking time needs of different products;
5. Independent control electric box, away from high temperatures. The heating box has a double-layer design, with high-temperature insulation cotton (temperature resistance 1200℃) sandwiched in the middle, so that the surface temperature of the box will not be overheated, which not only makes the working environment comfortable, but also reduces energy waste.
