  1. This is a fully automatic two-wire combined crimping and inserting heat shrinkable tubing machine. There are 2 sets of independent wire feeding mechanisms and 3 terminal crimping stations on the machine, so it supports simultaneous processing of 2 wires with different diameters and crimping 3 different terminals. This machine also has the function of inserting heat shrinkable tubes. Supports insertion of 2 heat shrink tubing, one on one end of the combination crimp and the other on one of the terminals on the other end. The machine has a built-in rotation mechanism, and the two wires can be rotated 90 degrees after being combined, so they can be crimped side by side, or stacked up and down.

  2. Adopting the concept of modular flexible design, one machine can easily process many different products, and each functional module can be opened or closed freely in the program, for example, one of the wires can be closed, and it can be used as an ordinary double-head automatic terminal machine. When replacing a terminal, only the corresponding crimping applicator needs to be replaced. The use of the machine is flexible. After the current product is produced, it will not cause idle waste of the machine, and it can be easily switched to produce other products.
