Automatic Wire Tinning and IDC Connector Crimping Machine

This is a fully automatic one-sided twisting, tinning and piercing connector crimping machine, one end strips, twists, tins, and the other end crimps piercing connectors. It should be widely used in electronic cigarettes, smart wearable devices and other fields. The connector is automatically fed through the vibrating plate, which supports the simultaneous processing of a variety of different colors of wire, and can also be equipped with a twisted wire function, which can twist 2 or more wires together to form a twisted wire.

The workmanship of the whole machine is precise, and the mechanisms such as wire drawing and cutting are all driven by Mitsubishi servo motors. There are 6 sets of Mitsubishi servo motors in total, with high precision of cutting wire length and accurate positioning. The built-in CCD visual detection system can ensure the precise position of the wires, and it will automatically alarm and stop when there are defective products.
