One-sided Wire Stripping Tinning & Seal-Crimping Machine

This is a fully automatic single-side twisting, tinning and waterproof plug sealing crimping machine. One end twists the wire and tin, and the other end inserts the waterproof plug and crimping terminal. The waterproof plug is automatically fed by the automatic feeding system. One machine can process a variety of different products. When replacing the waterproof plug, you only need to replace the corresponding track fixture. The whole machine has compact structure, small footprint, strong versatility, and high cost performance.

The crimping machine is integrally formed with nodular cast iron, the whole machine has strong rigidity, and the crimping size is stable. The default crimping stroke is 30mm, and the standard OTP bayonet applicator is used. In addition, a model with a stroke of 40mm can also be customized, and various European applicators can be used. It can also be equipped with a crimping force monitor to monitor the crimping force curve changes of each crimping process in real time, and automatically alarm and stop when the crimping is abnormal.

Color touch screen operation interface, parameter setting is intuitive and easy to understand, such parameters as wire cutting length, stripping length, twisting force, tinning position, waterproof plug insertion position, and crimping position can be set in the program. Each functional module can be turned on or off independently in the program, for example, the twisted wire tin function can be turned off. The program memory function can save the processing parameters of different products into different program numbers, and the corresponding crimping parameters can be called out with one key when switching products.
