Automatic Tin Dipping and Terminating Machine

This is a fully automatic wire twisting and tinning terminal machine, which integrates functions such as wire cutting, wire stripping, wire twisting, tinning, and crimping terminals. It can process 5 wires at the same time and has high production efficiency. It supports non-standard customization, such as adding a splitting function for processing double wires or row wires, which can automatically split the two ends of the row wires longitudinally. It can also be equipped with a twisting function, which can twist 2 or more wires into twisted wires. For example, 4 wires can be fed at the same time, and each 2 wires can be automatically twisted together as a group.

This machine uses a translation mechanism to replace the traditional rotation mechanism. The wire is always kept straight during the processing process, and the position of the crimping terminal can be adjusted more finely. The machine contains 6 sets of servo motors, the parts are made with precision, and the cutter adopts the positive and negative screw structure, so the stripping precision is high. Flux and solder wire can be added automatically, and the dipping depth is stable. There is an automatic smoking device next to the tin stove, which can exhaust the smoke through the pipe.

Adopting the concept of modular flexible design, one machine can easily process many different products, and each functional module can be opened or closed freely in the program. When replacing a terminal, only the corresponding crimping die needs to be replaced. The machine has a wide range of uses. After the current product is produced, it will not cause idle waste of the machine, and it can be easily switched to produce other products. The color touch screen operation interface, the program memory function can save the processing parameters of different products in the database, and when switching products, the corresponding processing parameters can be called out with one key, saving debugging time.
