Wire Stripping & Inkjet Printing Machine With Dual Bowl Coiling System

This is a servo-type automatic coding, stripping and winding machine that integrates wire feeding, stripping, coding, winding and other functions. This machine has a built-in automatic pay-off machine and a wire winding and take-up machine. The pay-off machine can work synchronously with the wire stripping machine to maintain a constant tension for wire feeding, which is beneficial to improving wire feeding accuracy and stability. The wire winding and take-up machine can automatically wind the processed wire into a circle. The take-up mechanism is equipped with 2 winding reels. These two winding reels can work alternately. When the operator collects wire, the other reel continues to work without stopping the machine.

Adopting a computer industrial control system and Windows operating interface, the software is powerful and supports batch import of production data from Excel tables. The coding content and location can be entered directly in the Excel tables. Wires with different lengths and different coding contents can be mass-produced at one time. Supports network connection, and can connect to the local MES system through the LAN to realize remote reading and setting of parameters, remote release of production tasks and other functions.

It uses the Imes 9450 inkjet printer imported from France, with stable and reliable quality. There are two models to choose from: white ink and black ink. One inkjet printer can only use one color of ink. If you need to print both white and black characters, you need to equip two inkjet printers. The inkjet printer is directly controlled by the computer industrial control system, and the inkjet code content can be defined directly in the software, without the need to enter the printing content through the inkjet printer's own screen.

A receipt printer and code scanning gun can be optionally provided, and the processing parameters can be retrieved by scanning the code. The receipt printer can automatically print the processing information data of the current wire, and also supports printing QR codes or barcodes. The printing format and content can be customized according to customer needs. The printing template can be customized. Supporting non-standard customization, the software system of this machine can also be applied to other types of wire stripping machines of our company. For example, it can realize automatic coding of 300 square meters of wire stripping machine, automatic coding of multi-core sheathed wire stripping machine, etc.
