Automatic Heating Tube Splicing Wire Threading Sleeve Terminal Machine

1.    This machine is specially designed for the splicing of heating tube pins and wires. The heating tubes are automatically fed through the vibrating plate, and sent to multiple stations through the turntable mechanism for processing, including pin correction, forming, cutting length, etc. Then the two lead wires of the heating core are spliced together with the two wires with copper tape, and two different sleeves are inserted on the wires. It effectively prevents the phenomenon of anti-wire when the copper wire penetrates into the inner hole of the terminal, and the bulk terminal is automatically fed through the vibrating plate.

2.    The copper tape splicing mechanism is driven by a high-precision servo motor, and the double-wire copper tape machine can complete two-point copper tape splicing at one time. The copper tape machine is integrally formed with nodular cast iron, the whole machine has strong rigidity and high crimping precision. In addition, a terminal pressure monitor can be selected to monitor the change of the pressure curve of each crimp in real time. When the pressure is abnormal, it can automatically alarm and stop.

3.    Splicing wires with copper tapes is cheaper than traditional soldering or terminal crimping, economical and environmentally friendly. There is no waste in the splicing process of copper tapes. The copper tapes have been treated with special texture.The spliced product has strong pulling force and stable and reliable quality.
