This machine is specially designed for processing double-parallel wires. It integrates the functions of wire cutting, wire stripping, wire splitting, twisting wire tinning, and crimping terminals. The wire splitting mold can automatically punch and cut the two ends of the double combination wire, twist the wire and solder at one end, and crimp the terminal at the other end. One machine can process a variety of different products. When replacing wires and terminals, it is only necessary to replace the corresponding branching mold and crimping mold.
The color touch screen operation interface, the program memory function can save the processing parameters of different products in the database, and when switching products, the corresponding processing parameters can be called out with one key, saving debugging time. In addition, a terminal pressure monitor can be selected, which can automatically alarm and stop when the pressure is abnormal to ensure product quality.
