Parallel Twin Wire Crimping and Tinning Machine

This machine is specially designed for processing parallel twin wires, featuring a dedicated wire-splitting fixture that automatically separates the two strands at both ends of the twin wire. The system integrates multiple functions in one compact unit, including wire cutting, wire splitting, stripping, wire twisting, tinning, and terminal crimping, enabling automated processing where one end receives terminal crimping while the other end is twisted and tinned.

All functions can be independently enabled or disabled through program settings, providing exceptional flexibility. For example, operators can disable the wire twisting and tinning function to achieve processing where one end is crimped with a terminal while the other end is only stripped, adapting to various production requirements.

When changing wire gauges or terminal types, only the corresponding wire-splitting die, crimping die, and feed guide tube need to be replaced, making it highly versatile and capable of handling multiple applications with one machine. Its compact and space-saving structure with minimal footprint delivers high cost-effectiveness for efficient and economical wire harness production.

The machine is equipped with a color touch screen operation interface and program memory function, allowing processing parameters for different wire types to be saved in the database. When switching between products, the corresponding program can be called up with one key, significantly reducing setup and debugging time.
