This is a full-servo twisting and tinning terminal machine, which integrates the functions of wire feeding, cutting, stripping, twisting and tinning, and crimping terminals. It is suitable for crimping all kinds of reel-mounted horizontal feed terminals and direct feed terminals. It can automatically cut the wire to a fixed length and strip the wires at both ends. This machine is equipped with a tension-free automatic wire feeding machine, which can keep the wire in a slack state, realize tension-free wire feeding, and ensure the accuracy and stability of wire feeding.
The workmanship of the whole machine is precise, and the main moving parts are driven by high-precision servo motors. There are 10 sets of Mitsubishi servo motors in the machine, and all cylinders are made of SMC brand. The terminal crimping machine is also driven by a servo motor, and the crimping height of the terminal can be set directly in the program without manually adjusting the screw. Built-in pressure monitor and visual inspection system, the pressure monitor can monitor the pressure curve changes of each terminal crimping process in real time, and can automatically alarm and stop when the pressure is abnormal. The CCD visual inspection system adopts Basler camera imported from Germany, which can inspect the appearance after stripping and crimping to ensure product quality.
This machine adopts computer industrial control system, Windows operation interface, each basic parameter setting is intuitive and easy to understand, pressure monitoring and CCD visual detection are integrated and displayed in the same set of software. It supports network connection, and can be connected with MES system through LAN to realize remote reading and setting of parameters, remote distribution of production tasks and other functions. The program memory function can save the processing parameters of different products in the database, and the corresponding parameters can be called out with one key when switching products.
Adopting the concept of modular flexible design, one machine can easily process a variety of different products, and each functional module can be opened or closed freely in the program. For example, the tinning function can be closed and used as an ordinary single-head automatic terminal machine. When replacing a terminal, only the corresponding crimping die needs to be replaced. The use of the machine is flexible. After the current product is produced, it will not cause idle waste of the machine, and it can be easily switched to produce other products.
