Rotary Blade Cable Cutting Stripping Machine

This is a servo-type rotary blade wire stripper designed for processing high-end wire with shielding mesh. This machine uses three sets of blades to work together: the rotating blade is specially used to cut through the sheath, which greatly improves the flatness of the stripping. The other two sets of blades are dedicated to cutting the wire and pulling off the sheath. The advantage of separating the cutting blade and the stripping blade is that it not only ensures the flatness of the cut surface and the accuracy of stripping, but also greatly improves the life of the blade. This machine is widely used in new energy cables, electric vehicle charging gun cables and other fields with its strong processing ability, perfect peeling effect and excellent processing accuracy.

The cutter holder is driven by a high-power servo motor, suitable for processing various cables with an outer diameter of 5-25mm, and the maximum core area can reach more than 150mm². The belt wire feeding structure does not damage the wire sheath, and there is no indentation on the wire surface, which also improves the wire feeding accuracy.

This machine supports a maximum of 6 layers of wire stripping, and the stripping length of each layer can be set independently. Therefore, multilayer cables can be stripped layer by layer, and cables with tight sheaths and long stripping lengths can be stripped multiple times. The maximum stripping length of the wire head can reach 250mm, and the maximum stripping length of the wire tail can reach 200mm.

The machine is equipped with a heavy-duty pay-off rack for purchase, with a maximum load-bearing capacity of 1000Kg and a maximum load-bearing cable wooden reel with an outer diameter of 800mm. The pay-off frame can work synchronously with the wire stripping machine, intelligent acceleration and deceleration and automatic start and stop, which liberate workers from the heavy pay-off work.
