High Precision Terminal Crimping Machine

This series is a high-precision silent crimping machine, including 2 sub-models (see technical parameters for details). The whole machine has precise workmanship, and the crimping accuracy can reach 0.03mm. The top is equipped with a knob for adjusting the stroke, which can be used for high-precision adjustment of the crimping stroke. The fuselage is made of solid materials and strong rigidity. It supports the optional high-precision crimping force monitor. The specially designed hanger is conducive to the installation of a high-sensitivity hanger-type pressure sensor. It can automatically alarm when the crimping force is abnormal.

High versatility, it can crimp all kinds of cross-feed terminals, direct-feed terminals, U-shaped terminals, flag-shaped terminals, double-tape terminals, tubular insulated terminals, bulk terminals, etc. When crimping different terminals, only the corresponding crimping applicators need to be replaced. The default crimping stroke is 30mm, and the standard OTP bayonet applicator is used to support quick applicator replacement. In addition, models with a stroke of 40mm can also be customized to support the use of European applicators and other special applicators.

Driven by a variable frequency motor, the motor only starts to work when crimping, the noise is smaller than the traditional crimping machine, and it saves power. There is a counter on the control panel, and the crimping speed and crimping force can also be set. The whole machine is compact in structure and beautiful in appearance, which can meet various high-quality crimping needs.
