This electric terminal crimping machine series offers an economical and silent solution for professional terminal crimping applications. The machine features variable frequency motor drive that operates only during crimping cycles, significantly reducing noise levels compared to traditional crimping machines while saving power consumption.
The machine demonstrates exceptional versatility, capable of crimping various terminal types including cross-feed terminals, direct-feed terminals, U-shaped terminals, flag-shaped terminals, double-tape terminals, tubular insulated terminals, and bulk terminals. Different terminals can be processed by simply replacing the corresponding crimping applicators.
Built with integral nodular cast iron construction, the machine provides superior rigidity and ensures stable crimping dimensions throughout operation. The control panel features an integrated counter, with adjustable crimping speed and force settings to accommodate different application requirements.
The standard configuration includes a default crimping stroke and supports OTP bayonet applicators for quick applicator replacement. Custom configurations with extended stroke and European applicator compatibility are available to meet specific industrial needs.
